Our client is a prominent estate in Woodside, CA. They are looking for an experienced houseman to help maintain their property and keep everything running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who is local and has at least 5 years of experience as a houseman.

Job Description: 
- Detail clean exterior grounds and landscaping duties
- Ensure the outside of the property is in pristine condition at all times
- Help with interior cleaning, running errands, and keeping track of inventory as needed
- Greet and accommodate guests' needs as they arise
- Assist with any additional duties as requested by the family or estate manager

The Successful Applicant: 
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a houseman
- Must be local to the Woodside, CA area
- Self-starter who is also a team player

Offer Details: 
- Starting salary $38/hour + full benefits
