From replacing light bulbs and maintaining pest traps to checking that all your electronic equipment is in top-notch condition, this is a role where every day is different. But that's not all - you'll also be responsible for plumbing repairs, outdoor furniture upkeep, and inventory management, so a can-do attitude is necessary. Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and maintaining exterior grounds—including power washing driveways and walkways.
• Ensure landscaping is up kept.
• Dust and polish metalwork.
• Move furniture and properly store outside furniture when not in use.
• Complete minor handyman and maintenance duties—such as fixing minor plumbing and electrical issues.
• Exterior/interior window washing.
• Care and clean all vehicles—ensure vehicles are properly serviced and stocked with necessary items.
• Manage inventory and reorder supplies as needed.
• Run various errands and shop for the household.
• Ensure grounds are always in immaculate condition.
• Assist housekeepers with all required duties.

​Qualifications:

• A secondary school diploma is preferred.
